How we edit a résumé
We start with the job you want, not the job you had. If you send a posting, we pull out the skills and results that employer is asking for. Then we go through your résumé line by line and ask the same three questions of every bullet: what did you do, how much of it, and what was the result?
Duties become achievements. Vague words become numbers. Anything that does not help you get this job gets cut, so the strongest material moves to the top of the page where a hiring manager will see it first.
ATS-friendly and built for Canadian employers
Many employers screen applications with applicant tracking systems before a person reads them. We format for that: standard section names like Experience and Education, plain fonts, a single column, and no text locked inside images, tables, or text boxes.
