Think Ahead Careers ("we", "us") provides online résumé editing, résumé creation, and cover letter services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how we handle it. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

• Your documents and details. The résumé, cover letter, job postings, and notes you send us, or the work history, education, and skills you enter in our Build your résumé form.
• Contact details. Your name and email address, so we can deliver your order.
• Payment details. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic site data. Standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and understand traffic.

How we use it

• To edit your documents and deliver your order.
• To contact you about your order, including revisions.
• To process payment and keep records required by law.

We never sell your information and never use your résumé for marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us deliver your order, such as our payment processor, website host, email provider, and the software tools we use to edit documents. They may process information outside Canada and are permitted to use it only to provide their services to us.

How long we keep it

We delete your original résumé, and any details you send us through our forms, once your finished résumé is delivered. If you ask for a revision, send back the copy we delivered. Payment and order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent to further processing. Contact us using the details provided with your order confirmation and we will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
